Vines & Vintages: Hands-on Pruning Experience with Library Tasting
Join Folded Hills General Manager Kylie Enholm and her husband Travis, winemaker in Edna Valley, for a hands-on vineyard experience as we prepare our biodynamic-farmed and organic-grown vines for the upcoming growing season. This is the time of year when the vines are dormant, and careful pruning sets the stage for the next vintage.
We’ll provide the gloves and shears as you learn the art and science of pruning from our team. After trying your hand at this essential practice, we’ll head to The Barn at Folded Hills for a special library tasting of Angela Osborne’s wines, celebrating the unique expressions of our vineyard.
To round out your experience, we’ll end this excursion at the Farmstead, where you’ll have the chance to meet—and maybe even hold—some of the newest members of the Folded Hills family: our adorable Kunekune piglets!
Don’t miss this immersive experience that connects you to the land, the vines, and the wines of Folded Hills. We look forward to sharing this special day with you!
