Second Saturday Seminar – Getting to Know Grenache
Most wine lovers know Grenache as a “Rhône Variety” that is the anchor grape in many famous red French wine blends, but Grenache is much more than just a “member of the band” and is just as exciting as “solo act.” Grenache is also among the oldest known wine grape varieties with a mysterious international history and a family tree that is as diverse as Pinot Noir’s.
Join us for a one hour exploration of this fascinating grape that Folded Hills has embraced as our cornerstone red variety and taste along with some of our current release and vintage library Grenache wines.
