What’s Included

1-hour feel-good yoga class on the dock
Exclusive use of the Folded Hills lake/dock area
Wine tasting with Folded Hills wine at picnic tables
Charcuterie to nibble on while tasting wine

Schedule:
10:15 am- check-in
10:30 am- yoga class begins
11:30 am- wine tasting and charcuterie dockside
12:30 pm- conclusion

Please Bring:
· a yoga mat
· water and sunblock
· a blanket or towel to put under your mat (for extra padding)
· yoga props you may like to use (block, strap, blanket, etc.)

Additional Info

The wine tasting and charcuterie are included
There will be chairs and picnic tables for our group to use after class so we can spread out while we enjoy the wine
10% off all Folded Hills bottles to take home
For this class, participants will be asked to sign a Vineyard Yoga and Folded Hills waiver
Restroom is available at the dock
Folded Hills branded yoga mats will be available for purchase

Parking

Go through the main gate (no gate code needed, it will be open)

After the bridge, veer to the right thru the white gates as you drive in (polo field will be on your left)

Park in the dirt lot below the lake.
