We make Folded Hills wines to share and pair, to connect with the land and each other. Our motto, “Drink the Farm,” is a reflection of how we make wine - small batch, artisanal wines that are organically and biodynamically grown with a hands-off approach so you can feel good about what’s in your glass.
THE VINEYARDS
Great wine begins in the vineyard, not in a mass-produced production facility. Angela's hands-off approach begins on the vines. We farm organically and biodynamically, guided by the belief that when you respect the land, the wine speaks for itself.
What goes into the vineyard goes into the bottle - nothing more, nothing less. So you can feel good about what's in your glass.
WHY WE MAKE WINE THE HARD WAY
We make wine that we want to drink, wine that follows our healthier lifestyle, and that we feel privileged to share with you. We farm organically without using harsh pesticides or herbicides. Following the biodynamic calendar and sustainable farming practices costs more, and we think it’s worth it. Did you know that the wine industry allows 76 chemical additives to a bottle of wine with zero accountability? No ingredient list on the bottle. Folded Hills wines are artisanal small-batch wines made with intention. No mass production.
That is not how we do things. Our wines have only the smallest pinch of sulfur to stabilize the wines so you can enjoy them for years to come. Folded Hills wines have zero residual sugars, no carbs, no chemical additives. Our small batch wines are truly a reflection of the vineyard. We do things the hard way - the expensive way - so you can feel as good about what’s in your glass as you do about what’s on your table.
