2022 Sparkling Clairette Blanche

At 10.5% alcohol, this is the sparkling wine you've been looking for without knowing it. No occasion required. It started as a surprise pour in the tasting room - bottled but never released because the packaging didn't meet the Folded Hills standard (read: ugly). Guests went so crazy for it that it became one of the most requested wines on the estate. Now it's here, in a bottle as beautiful as the wine inside. The low alcohol means everyone can relax into the evening - and that's the whole point. Life is better when we actually enjoy it.

Open it on a Thursday night with friends and the night becomes a celebration. Welcome guests with a glass, pair with oysters or light appetizers, or save it for a moment that deserves something fizzy and special.
