Weekend Wine Seminar at Montecito Tasting Room – The Pairing of Wine and Cheese
Wine and cheese have long been partners, but deciding which wines to pair with what cheeses can be a bit overwhelming! As with any food and wine pairing there are many considerations to keep in mind, such as texture, acidity and tannin. This seminar will help to simplify your pairing decisions. Plus, learn some tips on creating the ultimate cheese and charcuterie board.
This one-hour seminar will include a specially selected flight of current release and library wines that showcase the talent of our winemaker and the exceptional wines that are uniquely Folded Hills.
