At Folded Hills we are health conscious. We care about what we put in our bodies and know that you do too.
Folded Hills is a family-owned, boutique winery making wines with loving attention to detail.
The grapes grow right alongside the organic row crops, fruit trees, and farm animals. We farm our vines organically, following the biodynamic calendar. With minimal intervention, we hand-craft small-batch wines so you can feel good about what you are drinking.
Every bottle of Folded Hills contains ZERO residual sugar, one gram of carb or less, low alcohol, and extremely low sulfites. We use only the native yeast that exists on the grapes in the vineyard and no commercial additives.
Because we use a hands-off approach to winemaking, your favorite Folded Hills wine will taste slightly different each year. Every bottle expresses that year’s unique climate. You are truly tasting the sun, the fog, the ocean breezes that waft over these folded hills.
What does all of this mean for you? It means you can enjoy a cleaner, low calorie, no sugar glass of wine. Our small production also means that we sell out fast. Please accept our apologies if you have to wait until next year to enjoy some of your favorites.
