Weekend Wine Seminar at the Homestead – The Production of White and Red Wine

We all enjoy a glass of well-made white or red wine, but how did that finished wine come to be? Join us to understand the essential steps the winemaker takes to transform the harvested grapes into the wine in your glass. Learn the differences between making a white wine and a red wine and come to appreciate why, “it all starts in the vineyard.”

This one-hour seminar will include a specially selected flight of current release and library wines that showcase the talent of our winemaker and the exceptional wines that are uniquely Folded Hills.
