Second Saturday Seminar – Sommelier Secrets to Food and Wine Pairing: Summer Edition

It’s time to celebrate summer gatherings and BBQs, so what would be better than learning the ins and outs of pairing wine with food — summertime favorites in particular!

In this interactive seminar, we’ll explore the basics of how and why some food and wine combinations enhance each other while others clash with each other. Then, we’ll put your newfound skills to the test selecting small bites of summer cuisine favorites to pair with a selection of Folded Hills wines with different flavor and structure profiles. It’s a fun way to take the mystery out of selecting the right wine for your next BBQ or dinner with confidence.
