Folded Hills invites you to experience a global culinary journey through the art of cheese and wine pairing. Cheeses Around the World will feature five artisan cheeses from across the globe, thoughtfully paired with five Folded Hills wines. Led by cheesemonger Fritz De Leon, attendees will explore the origin, flavor profiles, and unique characteristics of each cheese, while Folded Hills’ very own Matt Kowallis guides them through the wine pairings that bring each combination to life.
